2019 Industry Field Day Sponsorship

Combining a range of opportunities to promote your business, this face-to-face day will ensure that your brand and associated products/services receive direct exposure to growers within the Queensland Strawberry Industry and beyond.  GST will be added at 10% at Checkout.

The “Tech Tent” will be the venue for talks and presentations by industry associates on subjects such as soil and plant health, chemical and IPM products and strategies, alternative production systems, protected cropping, precision ag etc.

Benefits of tent sponsorship include:

• Promotion of your sponsorship in the lead up to the event
• Acknowledgement of your sponsorship post-event in Simply Red newsletter
• Signage produced on your behalf for display at tent entrance

• Supply and set up of 3x3m gazebo, plus table and chairs for your exhibit site if required

• Promotion of your sponsorship in the lead up to the event
• Acknowledgement of your sponsorship post-event in Simply Red newsletter
• Signage produced on your behalf for display at tent entrance
• Promotion of sponsorship in Field Day program inc. full page advertisement
• Small or large exhibit site with power, dependent on your needs
• Supply and set up of 3x3m gazebo, plus table and chairs for your exhibit site if required
• First option for presentation time (if required) ie. your choice on the timing of your presentation

$1200 + GST

• Opportunity for presentation or in field demo
• Listing in Field Day program
• Breakfast, lunch and refreshments for up to four people included

This year, we will not be charging an entry fee as a way of encouraging more visitors to the Field Day.  But as this is one of the few fundraising events for the QSGA, we will be running a raffle to generate some much needed funds for the continued operation of our Association.

We are looking for at least three major prizes, with tickets sold to visitors throughout the day and drawn at the end of the event.

Advertising in the Field Day Program is also available at a cost of $140 + GST for a box advert (exact sizing details TBC).

Hire equipment

Gazebos and tables can be hired for the day if required.  These will be set up and packed down for you – you just have to turn up with your products, signage and information for distribution. Chairs will be provided at no cost.  These additional hire items can be added at Checkout.

Presentations, talks and demos

Presentations (10 mins) and in-field demos will be scheduled based on topic, time available and suitability. We encourage exhibitors to think outside the square and present on topics that relate to your business, but first and foremost provide interesting and informative information to growers.  You are more than welcome to contact Jen Rowling on 0438 752 177 to discuss further.

In-field machinery or precision ag demonstrations are encouraged and plenty of space will be available.

Presentations will be scheduled with Tech and Business presentations running concurrently.  The program will then be promoted to growers so that they can make the time for the presentations that they are interested in.
