4 slices of your favourite bread, lightly toasted
1 ripe avocado
200g sliced strawberries
sea salt & freshly ground black pepper
extra virgin olive oil
Balsamic glaze
Shredded basil leaves

Method

Toast bread
Top with smashed avo & sliced strawberries
Sprinkle over sea salt, pepper & basil leaves
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze
